Dispatch and delivery times
Placeholder copy. Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes zero to three days in metro cities and three to six days elsewhere.
- Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru — 0 to 2 days
- Other state capitals — 2 to 4 days
- Remaining serviceable pin codes — 3 to 6 days
Shipping charges
Placeholder copy. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a flat handling fee of Rs. 49, shown at checkout before you pay.
Discreet packaging
Placeholder copy. Every parcel goes out in a plain, unbranded outer box. There is no product name, no imagery and no indication of the contents on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral.
Tracking your parcel
Placeholder copy. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our facility. You can also check the live status on the track order page using your order number.
International orders
Placeholder copy. We currently ship selected kits to the UAE. Delivery takes seven to twelve working days, and any customs duty is payable by the recipient.
Failed deliveries
Placeholder copy. Couriers attempt delivery three times. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund minus the shipping cost already incurred.
